Vijayalaxmi Biradar By : Laxmi Book Publication Abstract : The scheduled castes are most backward sections of the society and as such, they are facing socio-economic inequality and poverty. Realizing their problems, the Government has implemented various poverty alleviation schemes and self-employment schemes and in Karnataka state, Dr. B.R.
