A STUDY OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AMONG TEACHERS

Abstract :

Mental health has been reported as an important factor influencing individual’s various behaviours, activities, happiness and performance. The present study aims to find out whether schoolteachers of primary and secondary level differ significantly in regards to their mental health and organizational commitment.
