Abstract :

The real dynamic force of the school is the teacher. Building and equipments are important, so are curricula and books. But with all these things at their best, the school without teacher is soulless body, but even with no good buildings, inadequate equipments and curriculum but very efficient staff, the resourceful teacher can overcome all hurdles and make up for these deficiencies.
