Abstract :

It is very clear that man is a social animal . In the early age of development of human and human culture there was a great need of communication . Infact it worked as the basis of further development and the enhancement of the civilization . The out come of this step was the formation of society . But the need of human mind could not be satisfied and new methods were invented to make a bigger group or society . The development of technology gave impetus and the results are so surprising that now the traditional political and geographical boundaries have no meanings in the current age of technology. The word “ Technology “ which changed the traditional society to the “Internet Society “ is the second name of globalized human society . No doubt every concept is changed with the development of technology . When this technology is emerged with crime or criminal mind, results may be disastrous . This article reflects the impression of the same .
