Abstract :

Global Recession and Organization The global recession sparked by the sub prime crisis in the USA in mid 2007 engulfed complete world economy with varying degrees of recessional impact which was evident world over from falling stock markets, downturn in jobs, cutting down of perks and salary corrections.
