Abstract :

Water is the most precious gift to mankind. Life on earth is not possible without water. It is the soul of nature. Limnological investigations on water bodies were generally aimed to assess the water quality and its interaction with biotic and abiotic factors. The physical and chemical properties of freshwater bodies are characterized by the climatic, geochemical, geo-morphological and pollution conditions.
