Abstract :

International Commission of Education (ICE), 2000 for the 21st century recommend the concept of lifelong learning. Learning throughout life thus emerges as one of the keys to success in the 21st century. Home environment is a vital factor in deciding achievement of students. Environmental situation are the product of experiences and practice. In the field of education too, environment exercise a strong impact.
