Abstract :

he Urban Co-operative Banks now playing a vital role in economic system as they have reached to needy and low income group people. The analysis of financial statements i.e. calculation of various ratios are beneficial to management for taking various decisions in the bank. In this study the researcher has tried to analysis the financial statements of Rajarshi Shahu Sahakari Bank Ltd. for a period from 1st April 2006 to 31st March 2014.
