Abstract :

The concept of health and well-being has recently gained increased attention and has emerged as an important area of research in organizational behaviour literature. The purpose of the present research was to examine the relationship between psychological well-being and organizational commitment in executives. Using psychometrically sound instruments to measure psychological wellbeing and organizational commitment on executives, the primary data for the study was generated. Data analysis revealed that there is a significant positive relation between psychological well-being and organizational commitment in executives. The meaning of this result and implications of this finding are discussed in this study .
