Abstract :

Pranayama is a branch of yoga, practicing yoga is extremely beneficial to mankind in maintaining sound physical and mental health. This overview article aims to attain apperception on the studies conducted on the effectiveness of Bhramari Pranayama (Bhr.P) on health.
