Abstract :

Nano-crystalline spinel ferrites system Mg FeCrO4 with x=0.0-1.0 was prepared by sol-gel using 99.9% nitrates. The structural characterization of the sample was done by X-ray diffractometer and SEM technique. The XRD data was used to obtain lattice constant and particle size.
