Abstract :

The present study was conducted with the objectives of studying the feelings of Security In -security of Parmanent & Temporary primary school teachers who working in kendriya vidyalaya, Government school, Private school and Vidyabharti school in Udaipur division of Rajasthan state. The sample of the study was consisted (312 parmanent & temporary 288) 600 teachers' from all types' school are selected using the Random sampling method for data collection. To examine the feeling of teacher's security In-security we used the self constructed and standardized Teachers' Security In-security Inventory.
