The exploration of mineral resource definitely helps a country to develop a faster industrial growth. Many minerals extracted from mines are used in various sorts of metallic and non-metallic commodities. If a country has rich resource endowment of the minerals it can explore them and use them in faster growth of secondary sector which in turn will enable quick growing of GDP of a country1. However, the exploration or extraction of minerals from the earth crust has certain difficulties. Nowadays, no doubt, the modern technology has some extent eased the difficulty of the extraction; still it is the one of the most hazardous occupation. Due to the involvement of private sector in extraction of mineral resource, even though there are many safety legislations enacted by the government in a country, still the mining extracting companies have not undertaken the appropriate safety measures. Even some times, the accidents occurs with all safety measures, that results into injuries partial and fetal and even sometimes results in to death of the labour.
