Abstract :

Education is such a phenomenon about which everybody is aware from the olden times. But today if we think about its nature, we come to know that whatever idea we had about education in the Pre-Independence Era has undergone tremendous changes in the last 10-15 years' period. Here we have to take into account the fact that where the nature of education was changed, so also the problems and challenges before it have undergone changes. When we place challenges before us, then it means, in a way, we have accepted our objectives in the form of challenges.
