female faculties of Islamic Azad University in Iran. The main research question is
whether we can explore a special structure for Social prestige in female faculties of
Islamic Azad University? By using all of the aspects of Social prestige a primarily
questionnaire with 85 item was developed and piloted based on a sample of 320 female
faculties of Islamic azad University in Iran. The scores subjected to factor analysis
using principal component and varimax rotation to verify the factorial composition of
