is increasingly reflected in various judgments. The most
important achievement of modern law in India is the
constitution of environmental problem by apex court of
India. Indian environmental jurisprudence is achieving
new dimensions and problem day by day. Global warming
is a severe problem nowadays. Its consequences changing
the biological, physiological and metabolic reaction in the
body of living organism. The article 21 and 51A (g) of
Indian constitution can play an important role to stop the
